MRI Radiology Manager – Dubai Health & Wellness Clinic

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MRI Radiology Manager to lead the MRI and diagnostic imaging department of a premium health and wellness clinic in Dubai. The role combines strong technical MRI expertise with operational leadership to ensure safe, high‑quality imaging services and an excellent patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the MRI and diagnostic imaging department.
• Lead, supervise and support MRI technologists, radiographers and support staff.
• Ensure MRI examinations follow clinical protocols, safety standards and DHA regulations.
• Maintain high image quality, manage patient scheduling and optimise workflow.
• Coordinate with radiologists, physicians and other clinical teams.
• Manage MRI safety screening, equipment maintenance and service contracts.
• Develop and review MRI scanning protocols.
• Implement quality‑assurance and quality‑control processes.
• Prepare documentation for audits, inspections and accreditation.
• Monitor departmental KPIs, productivity and patient waiting times.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance reviews of the radiology team.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in MRI radiology management.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Familiarity with UAE DHA regulations and local healthcare standards.
