Multi-Property Director Of Revenue Management

About the role

The Multi-Property Director of Revenue Management will lead revenue optimisation across the Le Méridien Dubai Complex. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, you will shape pricing, inventory and forecasting strategies to maximise profitability for transient, group and wholesale segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial revenue strategies for multiple properties.
• Oversee pricing, inventory control and demand analysis for rooms and function spaces.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to identify revenue opportunities.
• Manage room authorisations, rate structures and restrictions.
• Prepare and monitor budgets for transient, group and catering business.
• Lead revenue management projects, monitor performance and adjust tactics based on market conditions.
• Participate in regional reviews and ensure brand integrity in pricing decisions.

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant business discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience in hotel revenue management, preferably at a multi‑property level.
• Proven ability to develop strategic plans and drive financial results.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
