National Sales Account Executive – Key Account Manager (Industrial & Automotive)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing National Sales Account Executive to drive revenue growth across industrial and automotive verticals in the UAE and the wider Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will act as the primary architect of our commercial strategy, linking ground‑level account execution with senior executive decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and close high‑value expansion opportunities across enterprise industrial and automotive accounts, accelerating top‑line revenue.
• Pitch directly to C‑suite executives, regional procurement heads and senior leadership, translating complex value propositions into ROI‑driven business cases.
• Leverage deep market intelligence to outmaneuver competitors and capture market share in industrial manufacturing and automotive supply chains.
• Act as a strategic growth consultant, diagnosing client pain points and designing tailored, high‑margin solution packages that secure long‑term contracts.
• Provide rigorous pipeline tracking, accurate revenue forecasting and data‑backed market analysis to internal leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven B2B enterprise sales or key account management experience in industrial and automotive sectors.
• Track record of closing multi‑million‑dollar deals and navigating complex matrix organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to map complex enterprise accounts, uncover hidden revenue streams and cross‑sell portfolio solutions.
• Strong understanding of GCC business cultures and the ability to build relationships with executive decision‑makers.
• Data‑driven execution mindset with experience using sales analytics for decision making.
