National Scholarship Programme – Procurement, Facilities & C&CX Planning

About the role

The Emirates Group National Scholarship Programme is a paid scholarship for ambitious UAE nationals studying at the American University of Sharjah. Selected candidates will receive academic sponsorship, professional development and hands‑on experience across Procurement & Logistics, Facilities, or Corporate & Customer Experience Planning (C&CX) while completing their degree.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Procurement & Logistics team in supplier negotiations, contract management and cost‑efficiency initiatives.
• Assist the Facilities team with project coordination, maintenance planning and service delivery for hotels and residential properties.
• Contribute to C&CX Planning activities by analysing market data, customer insights and supporting strategic initiatives.
• Participate in mentorship programmes, workshops and on‑the‑job training throughout the scholarship period.

Required profile

• UAE national currently enrolled at the American University of Sharjah (AUS) or holding a confirmed admission offer.
• Enrolled in one of the eligible degree programmes listed for each stream (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, etc.).
• For most streams, a minor in Supply Chain Management is required unless studying Supply Chain Management & Logistics.
• Strong academic record and commitment to a career with the Emirates Group.
