Network Optimization Manager – EEMEA

About the role

The Manager, Network Optimization supports the EEMEA Network Optimization Business Unit within Mastercard’s Network Services. Based in Dubai, the role drives revenue assurance, performance optimization and go‑to‑market governance across network‑based distribution channels. Reporting to the VP, Network Optimization, the incumbent works closely with Finance, Analytics, Pricing, Market Development and Customer Success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analytical deep‑dives into revenue performance, leakage and yield drivers to identify monetization opportunities.
• Design and implement a revenue assurance framework ensuring data integrity, billing accuracy and waiver governance.
• Partner with Finance and Analytics to validate performance, reconcile variances and improve revenue forecasting.
• Support GTM governance and roadmap planning for network initiatives, preparing business cases and ROI assessments.
• Coordinate cross‑functional approvals and ensure compliance with delivery milestones.
• Monitor network utilization, waiver conversion and yield trends, translating findings into actions that enhance network monetization.

Required profile

• Up to 10 years of experience in commercial strategy, pricing or revenue operations, preferably in fintech, SaaS or platform businesses.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with proven revenue assurance expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to execute strategic initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of P&L dynamics, forecasting and network economics.
• Strategic, intellectually curious and execution‑focused mindset.
