Skywards Commercial Controller (Air Partners) – 6-Month Contract

About the role

Emirates Skywards is looking for a Commercial Controller to manage airline partner relationships for a six‑month contract. The role focuses on expanding the partnership portfolio, maximising revenue and enhancing the member experience across Emirates and FlyDubai loyalty programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse performance of existing airline partnerships to ensure competitive agreements and drive revenue.
• Track commercial, redemption and ancillary revenue, evaluate payouts and ensure financial feasibility of margins.
• Recommend adjustments to member offers or pricing structures based on booking trends to improve long‑term profitability.
• Collaborate with Skywards Analytics, Finance, Legal and Strategy teams to launch new partnerships, including preparing business cases and forecasts.
• Maintain day‑to‑day partner relationships, resolve inquiries, technical issues and billing disputes, and keep internal and external communication channels up to date.

Required profile

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) with at least 5 years of commercial or sales experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to build business cases.
• Solid analytical skills with capability to interpret data and results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and deliver to budgeted targets.
