Office Assistant – Dubai

About the role

Desert Falcon FC is looking for an energetic Office Assistant to support its Dubai office. The role combines general office upkeep, pantry service and assistance with administrative and event tasks, ensuring a professional environment for staff, parents and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception, offices, meeting rooms and common areas.
• Prepare and serve beverages and refreshments for executives, guests and meeting participants.
• Perform basic clerical duties such as scanning, copying, filing and document preparation.
• Run external errands, purchase stationery and pantry supplies, and handle deliveries of documents or invoices.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage equipment and uniform handling, and support set‑up of events or venue‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Prior experience in office assistance, pantry support or similar service role, preferably in a corporate or sports environment.
• Strong organisational abilities, proactive attitude and good communication skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Basic inventory tracking.
• Operation of standard office equipment (copiers, scanners, coffee machines).
• Document handling – scanning, copying and filing.
