About the role
GN is seeking a structured, service‑oriented Office Manager & Assistant to ensure the smooth operation of its Dubai office for a 12‑month maternity cover. The role blends office management, executive support, HR and payroll coordination, and basic financial administration.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, maintain supplies, equipment and vendor relationships.
- Develop, implement and update office policies, procedures and budgets.
- Provide administrative support to management: calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements and document preparation.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, maintain employee records, and support onboarding and training.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring professional communication.
- Process and verify invoices, reconcile expenses and assist in financial reporting.
- Coordinate internal meetings, events and team activities to foster engagement.
- Manage office maintenance and act as the primary contact for property managers.
