Remote Personal Assistant to Founder (MENA)

About the role
This remote position supports the founder of a fast‑moving Dubai‑based agency. The assistant will handle high‑responsibility personal and lifestyle logistics, ensuring the founder’s schedule runs smoothly across multiple time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange personal travel, including flights, accommodations, transport, restaurant bookings and detailed itineraries.
- Manage personal calendar for medical, fitness, grooming and other lifestyle appointments.
- Oversee visa renewals, residency documents, licenses and other administrative requirements.
- Coordinate household operations such as vendor management, maintenance, deliveries, installations and property communications.
- Handle personal errands, sourcing, returns, exchanges and gift procurement.
- Liaise with external stakeholders including accountants, lawyers, building management, concierge services and vendors.
- Respond to time‑sensitive and last‑minute logistical requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate calendar management across different time zones and anticipate problems before they arise.
- Uphold confidentiality, professionalism and discretion at all times.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience supporting a founder, executive, entrepreneur or C‑level professional.
- Proactive, highly organized under pressure and emotionally steady.
- Available to work across Dubai and European time zones.
- Strong remote‑working experience across multiple time zones.
- Polished, presentable and socially sophisticated with high emotional intelligence.
