Operations Assistant – Luxury Item Authentication

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to support the authentication and valuation of pre‑owned luxury items. You will join Value Creation’s team in the UAE, undergoing a 3‑4 month training period in Dubai before working in Abu Dhabi. The role offers exposure to high‑value luxury goods and a fast‑paced operational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in authenticating luxury items and determining their pricing/valuation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency.
• Support ongoing learning and development initiatives within the luxury goods sector.

Required profile

• Knowledge of luxury item authentication and pricing/valuation.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Preferably based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate for training.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Japanese language (advantageous, not required).
