Operations Executive – MPN Operations (Dubai)

About the role

The Operations Executive will join the Multi‑Platform Network (MPN) Operations team in the UAE, supporting the installation, commissioning and ongoing management of media assets across multiple sites. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure field activities meet safety, quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support installation, commissioning and deployment of new media assets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify operational readiness and quality.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure timely fault resolution.
• Liaise with technical teams, contractors, vendors and external stakeholders.
• Ensure field work complies with safety, regulatory, permit and authority requirements.
• Monitor asset performance, recommend corrective actions and improvements.
• Maintain accurate inspection, maintenance and operational records.
• Assist with operational reporting and escalation of field issues.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in field operations, infrastructure, AV systems or similar environments.
• Proven experience in field installation, maintenance coordination and vendor management.
• Strong problem‑solving, coordination and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
