Associate Manager – Contract Management

About the role

An exciting opportunity with a leading multinational telecommunications organisation to join a high‑performing Procurement Excellence function. The Associate Manager will oversee contract lifecycle management, contractual governance and supplier compliance across a diverse portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier contracts through drafting, review, amendments, renewals and termination while ensuring legal and corporate compliance.
• Interpret contractual terms and advise internal stakeholders on rights, obligations and risk mitigation.
• Monitor supplier compliance, identify contractual risks and support dispute resolution, claims and remedies.
• Produce governance and performance reports, track obligations and renewal dates, and maintain accurate contract records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, develop contract templates and contribute to procurement transformation projects.

Required profile

• LLB or LLM qualification (mandatory).
• Minimum 8 years experience in contract management, commercial management, procurement contracting or supplier governance.
• Proven ability to work in multinational or matrix organisations and provide commercial‑legal guidance to stakeholders.
