Operations Executive – Sea Freight (FCL & LCL)

About the role

SeAir Global Logistics LLC is seeking an Operations Executive to join its Sea Freight team in Dubai. The role will oversee full container load (FCL) and less than container load (LCL) shipments, ensuring smooth import and export processes while complying with local customs regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate FCL and LCL sea freight operations from booking to delivery.
• Manage import and export customs clearance procedures in Dubai.
• Prepare and verify all shipment documentation and operational paperwork.
• Liaise with customers, shipping lines, and internal departments to guarantee timely cargo movement.
• Maintain compliance with operational standards, customs rules, and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sea freight operations experience in Dubai.
• University degree (any discipline).
• Currently residing in the UAE and available to work on‑site.
• Proven experience with both FCL and LCL shipments.
• Hands‑on knowledge of import/export customs clearance processes.
