About the role
The Logistics Assistant handles front‑desk operations, coordinating documentation, customs clearance, and export/import processes. The role requires precise data entry, punctuality, and strong coordination with operations, customers, and transport partners to ensure smooth product flow.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate dispatch of products and maintain delivery order files.
- Enter product release orders, delivery orders and daily tank dips into the inventory system.
- Manage drum requirements and schedule, and coordinate with drum suppliers.
- Liaise with customers, shipping companies and transport providers for product movement.
- Prepare monthly activity reports and daily delivery note summaries.
Required profile
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of logistics operations experience, preferably in oil and gas.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and hazardous product transport rules.
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Required skills
- Computer skills with ability to develop spreadsheets.
- Numerical analysis and data entry accuracy.
