Operations Manager – End‑to‑End Business Operations

About the role

VED Global FZCO, part of the NB Group, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise end‑to‑end business operations in Dubai. The role will oversee procurement, logistics, sales coordination and customer fulfilment, driving efficiency and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end operations across procurement, sourcing, inventory and logistics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and make strategic purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate sales, procurement, logistics and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer orders and resolve operational challenges.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with senior management on business growth initiatives and strategic planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in operations, procurement, supply chain or related fields.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Proven track record of managing suppliers, customers, logistics and cross‑functional teams.
• Leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Experience in FMCG, packaging, plastics, manufacturing or trading is an advantage.
