Operations Processor – Contracts (Outsource)

About the role

The Operations Processor – Contracts (Outsource) ensures accurate and timely preparation, review, and processing of Home Finance contracts in line with Sharia‑approved templates, internal policies, legal standards and regulatory requirements. The role supports mortgage sales and operations teams to deliver a smooth contract execution experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review home finance agreements, addendums and related documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Verify that all pre‑contract documents (offer letters, approvals, KYC, title deeds) are complete before contract drafting.
• Review the full disbursement kit – contract, title deed, NOC, payment request, insurance and valuation report – to ensure completeness prior to loan disbursement.
• Act as custodian of mortgage contract templates, updating them in coordination with Legal.
• Maintain compliance with internal guidelines, regulatory requirements and legal standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal, Risk and external parties (developers, brokers, customers) to resolve discrepancies.
• Update contract data in core systems and maintain logs for audit and MIS reporting.
• Ensure contracts are prepared and dispatched within agreed turnaround times, handling high volumes efficiently.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of home finance and Sharia‑compliant banking processes.
• Experience in handling large volumes of contract documentation.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
