About the role
Amazon is expanding its Operations team in Dubai and is looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead shift activities in a fulfillment, sortation or delivery station. The role is focused on ensuring safe, efficient and on‑time order processing while supporting a high‑performing associate team.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
- Manage, train and coach associates to deliver high‑quality customer service.
- Monitor and ensure orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety guidelines.
- Adjust labor allocation in real time to meet or exceed plan forecasts.
- Collaborate with support functions to resolve process, equipment or training issues.
- Analyze data to drive logistics and supply‑chain improvements.
Required profile
- Fluent in spoken, written and read English with ability to follow directions in English.
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
