Oracle Functional Consultant – HCM

About the role

Emarat, a leading multi‑channel power and energy company in the UAE, is looking for an Oracle Functional Consultant specialized in Human Capital Management (HCM). You will work closely with business stakeholders to configure, test and support Oracle HCM modules that enable the company’s workforce processes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for Oracle HCM functional areas.
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.) to meet those requirements.
• Perform system testing, data migration validation and user acceptance testing.
• Provide end‑user training and post‑go‑live support.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Oracle HCM functional consultant.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and engage with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Oracle HCM Cloud functional expertise.
