About the role
We are seeking an Outbound Travel Consultant to join our Dubai team, responsible for planning and managing international holiday bookings for our customers. The role involves guiding clients through the booking process, creating tailored itineraries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries, understand travel plans and budgets.
- Prepare holiday packages, itineraries and quotations.
- Book flights, hotels, transfers, tours and other travel services.
- Use online hotel booking systems to compare rates and confirm reservations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and handle booking changes.
- Prepare vouchers and travel documents, keeping customers updated.
Required profile
- Experience in outbound travel or holiday packages.
- Good knowledge of international destinations.
- Hands‑on experience with online hotel booking systems.
- Clear communication and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
- GDS knowledge is a plus.
