Outlet Supervisor – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and service‑oriented Outlet Supervisor to join the Food & Beverage team at NH Collection Dubai The Palm. You will support the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the outlet, supervise staff, and ensure consistently high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure service standards, SOPs and Food & Beverage procedures are consistently followed.
• Conduct shift briefings and manage handovers between shifts.
• Monitor service quality, outlet readiness and cleanliness at all times.
• Engage with guests, anticipate needs and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
• Support the Outlet Manager in achieving revenue targets and controlling operational costs.
• Monitor stock levels, requisitions and proper handling of Food & Beverage products.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling and POS procedures.
• Assist with team scheduling, training, coaching and development.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and hotel standards.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding and other departments for seamless operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and complete required operational reports.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in food & beverage operations.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team in a hospitality environment.
