About the role
The Outreach Officer will design and deliver outreach programmes for school children across the UAE, coordinating visits, activities and reporting to support the school’s community engagement goals.
Key responsibilities
- Contact schools and schedule weekly visits.
- Review and adapt educational content such as activity sheets and presentations.
- Plan and organise interactive activities for students.
- Maintain a database of student information and produce detailed visit reports.
- Collect and analyse feedback from students, teachers and advisers.
- Collaborate with presenters and assist in workshop delivery.
- Manage event logistics and support workshop execution.
- Submit monthly reports summarising visits and feedback.
- Archive student presentations and materials for future use.
- Contribute ideas to improve the interactive student webpage.
Required profile
- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and Arabic.
- Strong presentation and public‑speaking abilities.
- Excellent multitasking and project‑management capabilities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to lead and persuade.
