Outreach Specialist – Student Recruitment

About the role

The Outreach Specialist will support the planning and delivery of outreach activities that raise awareness of Sundus Consultancy’s academic programmes across the UAE. Working closely with the admissions and marketing teams, you will help build a qualified pipeline of prospective students, alumni, employers and community partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and executing outreach campaigns, webinars, roadshows, school visits, fairs and parent‑engagement sessions.
• Maintain and update CRM records, tracking leads from initial enquiry through enrolment.
• Respond to programme enquiries, advising prospects on suitability, admission requirements and next steps.
• Collaborate with Communications and Digital Marketing to produce bilingual Arabic and English outreach materials.
• Monitor, analyse and report outreach KPIs such as reach, qualified leads, event attendance and conversion rates.
• Develop relationships with schools, counsellors, community organisations and employers.
• Participate in education fairs and outreach events across different emirates as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Education or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in outreach, student engagement, admissions or recruitment, preferably in higher education.
• Proven ability to manage pipelines and achieve conversion targets.
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
