Packer – Internship

About the role

Join ALPLA Group in Dubai as a Packer intern, supporting the stable supply and accurate packaging of plastic components. You will work on the shop floor, handling materials and ensuring that finished goods are correctly labeled and staged.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, store, and deliver a variety of raw materials, regrind, and master batch.
• Check silos' capacities at shift start and end to prevent material shortages.
• Mark, store, report, and seal leftover materials.
• Set up and operate packing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate any production issues promptly to supervisors.
• Maintain visual checks on finished goods and keep the packaging area clean.
• Label pallets accurately and transport them to the staging area.
• Assist other departments with sorting, hold products, and additional tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Basic English reading, speaking, and comprehension.
• Self‑motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Physically able to bend, stand, and lift up to 25 kg for up to 12 hours.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, overtime, and in extreme temperature conditions.
• Commitment to safety, environmental responsibility, and ALPLA’s H&S standards.

Required skills

• Operating packing equipment.
