About the role
The Packer joins the Production Crew at Bateel International in Dubai, supporting the preparation and packaging of gift orders. Working under the Manager – Date Processing, the role ensures smooth operations while adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange and pack all gift orders accurately according to received specifications.
- Maintain product hygiene and comply with local Food Hygiene and HACCP guidelines.
- Control shrinkage and product spoilage, reporting any issues immediately.
- Report equipment malfunctions to the manager and assist in their resolution.
- Support colleagues and junior team members in performing their tasks effectively.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar packing or production environment.
- High school certificate or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of English.
- Familiarity with Dubai Municipality food hygiene regulations.
Required skills
- Basic English communication.
