Paediatrician – JCI Accredited Healthcare Facility (Immediate Hiring)

About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified Specialist Paediatrician to join a JCI‑accredited healthcare facility in Dubai. The role involves delivering comprehensive medical care to infants, children and adolescents while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric consultations, examinations and developmental assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses in infants, children and adolescents.
• Monitor physical, emotional and developmental growth and provide routine health assessments.
• Administer vaccinations according to approved schedules and manage common pediatric conditions.
• Provide pediatric emergency assessment and stabilization as needed.
• Interpret laboratory, imaging and other diagnostic results and refer to subspecialists when required.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric surgeons, intensivists, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in on‑call duties and emergency pediatric coverage.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate qualification in Paediatrics (MD, DNB, MRCPCH, Arab Board or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of post‑specialisation experience as a Specialist Paediatrician.
• Strong clinical experience in general pediatrics and management of pediatric patients.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Required skills

• PALS certification (preferred).
