Paid Media Specialist – Meta Platforms

About the role

We are seeking a performance‑driven Paid Media Specialist focused on Meta platforms to join our partner’s team in the United Arab Emirates. You will own end‑to‑end campaign management on Facebook, Instagram and related Meta properties, turning data into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch, manage and continuously optimise Meta advertising campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Conduct audience research, build segmentation, retargeting and look‑alike strategies.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and messaging.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and implement optimisation tactics to improve ROI.
• Manage advertising budgets, allocate spend across audiences, placements and creative variations.
• Design and execute A/B tests on messaging, creative, targeting and placements.
• Produce regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Meta product updates, industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta platforms, preferably in a performance‑marketing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting results and recommendations.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with designers, content specialists and other marketing stakeholders.
