Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a senior performance marketing specialist to lead and scale Meta Ads campaigns for DTC eCommerce brands across the UAE and GCC. The role goes beyond ad execution – you will act as a growth partner, shaping strategy, optimizing customer journeys, and advising founders and CMOs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale high‑performing Meta Ads campaigns on Instagram and Facebook.
• Design end‑to‑end customer journeys, aligning ad creative, landing pages and lifetime‑value strategies.
• Audit, optimise and scale campaigns based on data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with creative specialists and developers to ensure messaging and performance alignment.
• Participate in client strategy calls and provide proactive recommendations.
• Identify and explore scaling opportunities on platforms such as Snapchat, TikTok and Google Ads.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing multi‑million‑dollar Meta Ads budgets.
• Proven track record in eCommerce performance marketing.
• Comfortable advising senior stakeholders such as founders and CMOs.
• Strong analytical mindset to break down data, isolate bottlenecks and uncover scalable wins.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Thrives in fast‑moving teams, values direct feedback and accountability.
