Content Manager

About the role

This hands‑on Content Manager role is responsible for growing the organic visibility and business impact of two digital brands in the United Arab Emirates. You will own the end‑to‑end content lifecycle, from strategy and editorial planning to production, optimisation and publication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the content strategy and editorial calendar across both websites, aligning with customer needs, search intent and business goals.
• Recruit, manage and mentor writers and editors, assign briefs, set deadlines, review work and rewrite content when needed.
• Oversee the full content lifecycle: research, assignment, editing, expert review, design, SEO validation, approval, publication and ongoing optimisation.
• Maintain website content via the CMS, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, mobile‑friendliness, proper formatting, metadata, links, imagery and calls‑to‑action.
• Lead SEO strategy, including keyword and competitor research, content audits, on‑page optimisation, internal linking and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate technical SEO initiatives with developers (crawling, indexing, redirects, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, Core Web Vitals, structured data, migrations, redesigns).
• Manage ethical link‑building and digital PR efforts to earn authoritative coverage.
• Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate content and SEO workflows while maintaining human oversight.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading content teams and delivering SEO‑driven results.
• Strong editorial judgment with the ability to produce and improve high‑quality content.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with writers, designers, developers, sales and operations.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and optimise accordingly.
