Palace Host – Luxury Resort Guest Services

About the role

The Palace Host is the primary point of contact for in‑house guests at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort, delivering seamless, personalized service throughout their stay. You will ensure arrivals and departures follow the Palace Host Services SOP, protect guest privacy, and create memorable experiences that reflect Anantara’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, build rapport, and record preferences to anticipate needs.
• Manage arrival and departure procedures in line with SOPs.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Activities, and Spa teams to exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain and stock the Palace Host pantry and ensure all equipment is operational.
• Upsell rooms and additional hotel services.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and corrective actions promptly.
• Drive hotel buggies safely after passing the required buggy driving test.
• Update guest history files and maintain open communication with related departments.

Required profile

• Passion for genuine hospitality and guest service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work proactively.
• Full knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and SOPs.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
