Partner Commercial Lead – Industry Solutions Delivery – UAE

About the role

Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) is looking for a Partner Commercial Lead to drive its partner strategy in the United Arab Emirates. You will act as the bridge between Microsoft’s delivery capabilities and its partner ecosystem, ensuring that commercial engagements are structured, governed, and delivered at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the ISD global partner strategy for the assigned area or organizational unit.
• Develop and maintain operating rhythms, governance models, and measurable outcomes for partner collaborations.
• Structure commercial deals, manage contracts, and oversee performance governance across complex services engagements.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and partner teams to align on priorities and drive cloud consumption.
• Monitor and report on key business metrics related to partner performance and customer success.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in partner management within a consulting or services environment.
• Proven track record in commercial deal structuring and contract management.
• Strong ability to work across sales, delivery, and stakeholder groups.
• Experience in performance governance and driving large‑scale technology engagements.
