Partner Key Account Manager

About the role

Axi, a global broker of foreign exchange, CFDs and financial spread betting, is looking for a Partner Key Account Manager to join its Business Development team. The role supports the existing partner portfolio while the Central Asia market becomes a priority in Q3, so the post holder will research the landscape, identify prospects and eventually own that market.

Key responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for a defined set of partners, resolving queries and service requests quickly and to a high standard.
• Monitor partner performance on trading volumes, client acquisition and commission data, flagging issues to the Head of Business Development early.
• Own the CRM: keep partner records accurate and up to date, and run regular performance reports on portfolio health.
• Coordinate with compliance, payments, marketing and support to resolve partner issues without delay.
• Onboard new partners end to end, from account setup and product walkthroughs to giving them the marketing materials needed to get active.
• Research the Central Asian market (competitors, regulation, potential partners) and build a qualified lead pipeline ahead of the Q3 expansion.
• Manage partner communications in Uzbek and English.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as retail sales, hospitality or account servicing.
• Native Uzbek speaker with a genuine understanding of the Central Asian market and its cultural nuances.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, for partner communication.
• Knowledge of financial markets (forex, CFDs or trading) is preferred but not required.
• Proactive, coachable and motivated to move from portfolio support to owning a market.

Required skills

• Quick learning of new systems; experience with a CRM tool is good to have.
• Russian is a strong plus.
