Part‑time Media & Communications Expert for AI Lab (Remote)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to train its new language model on professional media and communications tasks. The role is fully remote, part‑time and offers flexible hours to create, evaluate and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets and slide decks.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and edit AI‑generated press releases, media statements and executive talking points.
• Develop briefing memos, crisis‑communication response plans and editorial style guides.
• Create content calendars, media‑coverage tracking spreadsheets and newsletter drafts.
• Assess and improve slide‑deck outputs for internal and external communications.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in journalism, corporate communications or public relations.
• Proven ability to craft press releases, briefing memos or editorial content under tight deadlines.
• Track record of shaping messaging for executives or media outlets with strong news judgment.
• Command of AP style or equivalent editorial standards.
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet and slide craftsmanship with meticulous attention to detail.
