About the role

Join the hospitality team at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi as a Commis 1 – Pastry. You will create delicious bakery and pastry items while delivering memorable experiences that brighten guests’ stays.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and bake pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts to recipe and quality standards.
Arrange and display baked goods attractively according to specifications.
Manage pastry inventory, ensuring proper storage, refrigeration, and daily requisitions.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and sanitary workstation while following food‑handling and safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
