About the role
Join the hospitality team at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi as a Commis 1 – Pastry. You will create delicious bakery and pastry items while delivering memorable experiences that brighten guests’ stays.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and bake pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts to recipe and quality standards.
- Arrange and display baked goods attractively according to specifications.
- Manage pastry inventory, ensuring proper storage, refrigeration, and daily requisitions.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and sanitary workstation while following food‑handling and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
