Perimeter Protection Sales Specialist

About the role

FAAC Technologies, a global leader in access and parking solutions, is seeking a Perimeter Protection Sales Specialist to join its Dubai office. The specialist will manage the perimeter protection product line across the MENA region, focusing on maintaining existing accounts, acquiring new customers, and driving market development for a specific product family.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve revenue growth and cost control targets.
• Develop and manage a sales portfolio aligned with the market development strategy.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure continued business growth.
• Identify, define, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Offer tailored, ethical sales solutions while meeting company goals.
• Plan and execute local marketing activities within approved budgets and timelines.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and opportunities, providing regular reports to management.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity pipelines using CRM tools.
• Provide detailed forecasts and insights to support strategic planning.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments to achieve common objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in perimeter protection or related security industries.
• Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Proven track record of building relationships quickly with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to forecast sales performance and manage pipelines effectively.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, or Pipedrive.
