Personal Assistant to Managing Partner (Hospitality)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Personal Assistant to support the Managing Partner of Addmind, a leading hospitality and entertainment group in the Middle East. The role combines executive assistance with artist and VIP logistics in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Partner’s calendar, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
• Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls and correspondence.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas and other business documents.
• Coordinate personal and business‑related errands as required.
• Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Organise meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Partner.
• Coordinate directly with artists, DJs, booking agents and tour managers before, during and after events.
• Ensure artist riders are received, reviewed and fulfilled.
• Arrange flights, hotel accommodations, airport transfers and local transportation.
• Prepare detailed artist schedules and distribute them to operational teams.
• Coordinate backstage requirements, dressing rooms, hospitality and VIP requests.
• Serve as the main point of contact for artists and resolve last‑minute logistical issues.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• High level of discretion and experience handling confidential information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with hospitality, nightlife or entertainment environments.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
