Personal Banking Advisor

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking a Personal Banking Advisor to join its Dubai branch. In this role you will guide customers on financial products, help them meet their banking needs and contribute to the bank’s growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and support branch goals for loans, credit cards, CASA and liabilities.
• Identify and acquire new payroll companies and customers.
• Cross‑sell additional banking products to increase market share.
• Participate in customer acquisition events and campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, and attend compliance training and audits.
• Stay up‑to‑date on personal banking products and provide expert advice on features, benefits and suitability.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on product offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of personal banking products and services.
• Excellent interpersonal, spoken and written English communication skills.
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
