Pharmaceutical Compliance / GDP Trainer

About the role

The Pharmaceutical Compliance / GDP Trainer will design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes focused on Good Distribution Practice (GDP), pharmaceutical compliance and related regulatory standards. The role is based on‑site at BTC’s training facilities in Dubai and involves engaging diverse groups of delegates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update training curricula, case studies and assessments covering GDP, GMP and regulatory frameworks.
• Facilitate interactive classroom sessions and adapt content to varying experience levels and organisational contexts.
• Assess participant learning, provide constructive feedback and track training effectiveness.
• Stay current with international and regional pharmaceutical regulations and incorporate updates into courses.
• Collaborate with corporate clients to customise programmes and support quality assurance for all compliance‑related training material.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge and experience in pharmacy and pharmaceuticals.
• Expertise in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) or equivalent frameworks.
• Solid laboratory skills relevant to pharmaceutical handling, quality control or compliance testing.
• Foundational sales or customer‑facing experience to interact effectively with clients and participants.
• Excellent training, facilitation and presentation abilities, with clear communication of complex regulations.
• Relevant academic qualification in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field; professional certifications in GDP/GMP are a plus.
• Experience in pharmaceutical distribution, manufacturing, quality assurance or regulatory affairs, preferably within GCC or international markets.
• Strong analytical, documentation and report‑writing skills, proficient in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multicultural teams and tailor material to different industry sectors.
