About the role

Join ORELIS GLOBAL as an AI Program Facilitator, delivering practical, responsible AI adoption workshops to corporate teams in Dubai. You will work on‑site with clients, guiding participants through hands‑on learning experiences using ORELIS’s proven methodology.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver ORELIS AI programs to corporate client teams on‑site.
• Create dynamic, participative, practice‑oriented learning experiences.
• Apply the ORELIS methodology, adapting examples and exercises to each client’s industry and context.
• Explain AI concepts clearly, making applications accessible to participants of all levels.
• Encourage experimentation, participation, and practical application in the workplace.
• Represent ORELIS with professionalism and high standards in every session.
• Collect and share field feedback to support continuous improvement of the programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience facilitating groups of professionals and creating genuine learning dynamics.
• Ability to explain complex AI topics in simple terms and engage diverse audiences.
• Solid practical knowledge of current AI tools and real‑world workplace applications.
• Background in corporate training, Learning & Development, consulting or B2B client‑facing roles.
• Reliability, curiosity, rigor, and the capacity to represent ORELIS credibly with demanding organisations.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
