Placement Executive – Medical & Life Insurance

About the role

Mercer is seeking a Placement Executive specializing in Medical and Life insurance to join our Dubai team. You will act as the primary liaison between client executives and insurers, ensuring seamless policy placement, renewal, and market feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate placement and renewal of medical and life insurance policies with insurers.
• Negotiate competitive terms and deliver timely quotes.
• Lead complex client engagements, overseeing service delivery, strategy, financial evaluation, plan design, and benchmarking studies.
• Develop sophisticated benefits design and renewal strategies to address client challenges.
• Communicate industry trends and Mercer’s positioning to clients.
• Own revenue and profitability targets for assigned accounts and projects.
• Monitor project scope, budget, timeline, and client satisfaction.
• Generate new business by expanding existing client relationships and prospecting new accounts.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree.
• Minimum 8 years of experience designing and implementing health and benefits solutions.
• Recognised expertise and reputation in the health & benefits sector.
• Client‑facing consulting experience.
• Valid Life & Health License.
