PMC Engineering Manager

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Engineering Manager to lead the engineering department for a high‑profile client in the energy sector. You will ensure projects are executed successfully and align with Wood’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering team to deliver large, complex oil & gas projects.
• Ensure project execution meets client expectations, schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across upstream, midstream, onshore and offshore domains.
• Drive low‑carbon and decarbonisation initiatives within project scopes.
• Maintain alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven track record as an engineering manager in the oil & gas or energy sector.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Experience handling high‑profile clients and large‑scale projects.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, multicultural environment.
