Pool Lifeguard – Ensure Safety at Luxury Resorts

About the role

We are looking for a vigilant Pool Lifeguard to join our team at two premier resorts in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming swimming environment for guests and residents.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor pool activities and enforce safety rules.
• Respond quickly to emergencies, providing first aid, CPR, and AED assistance.
• Conduct regular inspections of pool facilities and safety equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and order around the pool area.
• Report incidents, hazards, and maintenance issues to management.
• Assist guests with pool‑related inquiries and deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Valid Lifeguard Certification from a recognized organization.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications.
• Minimum 1 year of lifeguarding experience, preferably in hotels or resorts.
• Strong swimming and rescue abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and act decisively in emergencies.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
