Principal Analyst – Change Management (Emiratised)

About the role

The Principal Analyst – Change Management will own and govern the ServiceNow Change Management module, ensuring service quality, operational stability and compliance with ITIL and FAB’s enterprise standards. This Emiratised position supports both technology and business stakeholders across the bank and its regional locations.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic ownership and governance of the ServiceNow Change Management module, aligning with ITIL principles, internal policies and FAB’s enterprise control framework.
• Oversee BAU change governance, conduct risk assessments, impact evaluations and enforce approval workflows across the bank and regional sites.
• Act as functional owner and subject‑matter expert, prioritising backlog, driving enhancements, automation, workflow optimisation and reporting improvements.
• Lead user‑acceptance testing, validate ServiceNow releases and stories, and ensure quality and compliance of all changes.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts and development teams to translate requirements into robust, compliant solutions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in Change Management within an IT service management environment.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL principles and the ServiceNow Change Management module.
• Proven ability to govern change processes, assess risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder‑management skills across technology and business domains.
