Our Consulting team assesses strategic, organizational and business challenges to deliver technical solutions that help Dell Technologies customers increase market share and efficiency. The Professional Services Technical Program Management Office (PMO) optimizes data‑center design and accelerates AI transformation with ROI‑driven deployments.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert on industry and technology transformation.
- Lead discovery, architecture, and roadmaps for AI initiatives.
- Quantify value realization for executives and de‑risk investments.
- Implement and consult on strategic AI projects for global cloud service providers.
- Collaborate with clients to define AI strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing infrastructure.
