Al-Futtaim Healthcare is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join a dedicated home healthcare team serving high‑net‑worth patients in private residences and luxury settings across Dubai. The role offers one‑to‑one, patient‑focused care in a discreet, premium environment, ideal for nurses who excel in client‑facing situations and uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, individualized nursing care within private homes and luxury environments.
• Support patients with chronic conditions, geriatric needs, and mobility challenges.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Accompany patients to medical appointments as required.
• Build trusted relationships through compassionate, personalized service.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid DHA license or eligibility.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in hospital or home‑health settings.
• Experience in homecare, long‑term care, geriatric care, or similar specialties.
• Professional, discreet, and culturally sensitive demeanor.
• Willingness to travel within Dubai and occasional international travel.
