Process & Compliance Manager – Automotive Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Process & Compliance Manager to drive finance transformation across Al‑Futtaim Automotive’s operations in the UAE and abroad. The role will partner with Finance, IT and business teams to enhance ERP systems, strengthen governance and ensure robust controls within automotive finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and continuous improvement of ERP solutions from a finance and compliance perspective.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design, test and roll out system upgrades and process changes with minimal disruption.
• Develop deep knowledge of automotive operations – new and used vehicle sales, parts, service, rental, leasing, treasury, tax and reporting.
• Analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend cost‑effective improvements.
• Ensure all processes and systems adhere to internal policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance process management, preferably within automotive or related industries.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work across multiple functions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven track record of managing ERP enhancements and driving process compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP ERP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Understanding of ERP processes and business process controls.
