About the role

The Procurement Engineer – Civil will support Emarat Aloula Contracting’s civil projects by managing the procurement lifecycle for materials, equipment and services. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and works within a multidisciplinary team delivering oil & gas, petrochemical and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

Identify, evaluate and select suppliers for civil construction materials and services.
Prepare and issue purchase orders, contracts and technical specifications.
Coordinate with engineering, project management and finance to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor supplier performance, quality compliance and cost effectiveness.
Maintain procurement records and support project commissioning activities.

Required profile

Degree in Civil Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain or related field.
Experience in procurement for civil construction or infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with the oil & gas, petrochemical or power sector is advantageous.
Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
