Product Engineer Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end Finacle core-banking implementations in Dubai. The role bridges business requirements with technical execution, focusing on Finacle scripting, PL/SQL development and core banking modules.

Key responsibilities

• Design functional solutions, perform gap analysis and configure Finacle modules such as CASA, TD and Loans.
• Develop customizations using Finacle Scripting and PL/SQL to meet specific banking needs.
• Handle API integrations, schedule and monitor batch jobs, and customize menus.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, manage delivery milestones and support UAT.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of techno-functional experience with Finacle.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Finacle Scripting and PL/SQL.
• Deep knowledge of Finacle modules (CASA, TD, Loans).
• Experience in API integration, batch job scheduling and monitoring.
• Excellent stakeholder management and requirement-gathering abilities.
