Product Manager - Digital Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a portfolio of digital products and customer journeys across Etihad Airways' digital ecosystem. You will build product roadmaps, develop business cases, prioritize investments and deliver customer‑focused capabilities that improve business outcomes and the passenger experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or more AI‑powered digital journeys, shaping roadmaps and delivering seamless omni‑channel experiences aligned with business strategy.
• Identify and drive business opportunities by continuously optimizing digital product capabilities and creating unique value propositions.
• Develop business analyses and value propositions for digital investments, collaborating with commercial, technology, data, UX, loyalty and other stakeholders.
• Define and monitor conversion funnels, drop‑offs, session replay and NPS metrics to uncover optimisation opportunities and track product performance.
• Translate AI and data insights into prioritized backlog items and measurable product changes while ensuring compliance with governance and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in digital, e‑commerce, airline, travel or customer‑facing technology environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple products, initiatives or customer journeys simultaneously.
• Strong experience in roadmap development, business case creation, investment planning and stakeholder management.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product development practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
