Product Manager - Journey Orchestration

About the role

The Product Manager will lead the definition and delivery of Guest 360 capabilities, focusing on journey orchestration, data activation and omnichannel personalization. You will own the product lifecycle, shaping strategy, roadmap and execution to enable real‑time, data‑driven customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Guest 360 product strategy, roadmap and priorities.
• Own journey orchestration capabilities across platforms such as Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar.
• Design and optimise omnichannel customer journeys, including segmentation, triggers, decisioning and personalization.
• Translate customer data (CRM, booking, loyalty) into actionable use cases and activation strategies.
• Partner with data, engineering, CX and marketing teams to ensure end‑to‑end delivery and integration.
• Drive data‑driven decision making using analytics and insights to improve engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with other Product Managers to align Guest 360 with adjacent platforms.
• Identify and prioritise new use cases, capabilities and innovation opportunities.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in product management for digital or data platforms.
• Strong background with journey orchestration platforms (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, FirstHive, Braze, etc.).
• Solid understanding of Customer 360 / CDP, personalization and omnichannel engagement.
• Hands‑on experience with customer data sets such as CRM, booking and loyalty.
• Proven track record in product lifecycle management, roadmap ownership and prioritisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
